Tamiya's TL-01 chassis is the starting point for our entry into the Drift Racing world. It combines some aluminum after market bolt on parts as well as some custom one off modifications. Despite the fact that the chassis is an older design, it is rather balanced and suits this style of driving well.

During the build of this drifter, we listened to The Fast and the
Furious: Tokyo Drift soundtrack quite often. The soundtrack is
actually quite melodic and we think you will enjoy a listen as well.

Nathalie Kelley plays Neela, the beautiful female lead in The Fast

basis in naming this particular chassis.
